Our Story
From Local Stores to a Growing Brand
MistaBoo began in Brisbane in 2022 with a focus on fresh sushi, Japanese favourites and easy everyday dining.
Since then, we’ve grown across Queensland and into New South Wales, with each location built around the same commitment to quality, consistency and customer experience.

MistaBoo Pallara
Pallara became MistaBoo’s first franchise location in 2025.
Our team supported the franchise partner throughout the setup process, including site planning, fit-out coordination, supplier onboarding, staff training and pre-opening preparation.
The experience helped shape the support framework we continue to develop for future MistaBoo franchise partners.
